My name is Mike Walsh and I work with WordPress mostly as a hobby but also use it at work from time to time.  This site hosts my thoughts on working with WordPress and is also home to a few WordPress themes I have put together.  I enjoy working with WordPress because it is powerful, flexible, and easy to use and most importantly, has a strong community behind it to draw on for ideas, help, and extensions to WordPress.

In addition to the content on this site, my most significant WordPress project, wp-SwimTeam – a WordPress plugin for managing a swim team, is hosted on it’s own site at www.wp-swimteam.org.
