About the only thing I am aware of that it doesn't support is threaded comments (which I don't care for anyway) but I have never validated whether it is true or not. Whether or not it will be an issue in the future is hard to say - I won't know until it stops working with a WordPress release. Being a theme though that is much less likely than a plugin. If it does stop working I'll probably find a solution since I've used it for a number of projects now. I had hoped to have the first theme released before now but work has been busy so I haven't had much time to work on it. Hopefully I'll have it out before the end of the weekend.
